Product Availability

To find out if a particular product is available for ordering, from the Category page select the product by clicking it, or click the more details link for the product. The product detail page appears with information about the availability of that product.


Tracking the Status of Your Orders

After placing your order and E-mail will be sent to you with your UPS tracking number and a link to the UPS website. Just enter your tracking number in the designated area and your tracking information will appear.

Note that these tracking numbers may not appear in the shipping carriers database for 3-5 days. UPS NOTE: To ensure accuracy at the UPS website, make sure to click "Detail" to view your shipment status. Do not be alarmed if the initial UPS screen is not correct. Simply click "Detail" to view the corrected information from UPS.

Returns and Exchanges

We guarantee every item we sell. If any item does not entirely meet your satisfaction, you may return it, within 30 days of purchase, for exchange, merchandise credit or refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.
Please include the packing slip or a copy of the sales receipt that you received with your purchase and indicate the reason for the return on the bottom section of the packing slip. After securely wrapping, insuring and prepaying, please call us at 1-866-241-FEET(3338) or E-mail us at cutomerservice@dailycomfort.com to obtain a return number and a return addres.

You can select from the following shipping options for delivery of your orders:

We ship orders Monday through Friday.

Delivery within the U.S. and U.S. territories:
For all deliveries to the U.S. and U.S. territories, please use the shipping and handling table which is based on the merchandise total of your order.

APO/International: (delivery to countries other than the US or Canada)
We are currently not able to accept International orders via the web.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for web and phone orders.

Backorders and Preorders

We strive to keep the products advertised in our store available to you at all times. In the event that you place an order and we are temporarily unable to fulfill it due to inadequate inventory, you will be notified via email. At this time you will have the ability to either cancel your order or obtain further information via our customer service representatives.

In the event that you place an order for an item that is not yet released, your order will be reserved ahead of time so you do not have to wait until the release date of the item to place the order.

Damaged or Defective Products
